All proceedings are redundantly recorded on video tape and computer hard drive.
Individual, hard wired lavaliere microphones for each speaking person
Complimentary audio tapes, headphones as well as direct audio feed provided
for the court reporters
Neutral backdrop
No travel time or mileage charges in the Prescott Quad City area
Complimentary picture file of deponent available to council
Proceedings are archived by Tri-Comm Digital for 10 years, as required
All formats available: HD, DV-CM mini-DV, DVD, Video CD, VHS
